Shipping and Returns

1 TO SPAIN

Each order is wrapped and shipped by hand from my small studio here in Zaragoza. There are no factories, warehouses, or logistics centers. It's just me, preparing each piece of jewelry with great care. I usually ship orders within 2-3 business days of placing them, and they typically arrive within 48 hours.

2 SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF SPAIN

Your order will arrive in about 4-7 business days from when I ship your order.

3 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping times may vary depending on the country and postal service. It generally takes 7-14 business days. Sometimes it may take longer if customs is involved. If you're unsure about shipping to your region, please message me before placing your order.

4 COSTS

Shipping is free for orders over € 80. For orders under €80, shipping costs €5 within Europe and €10 for international orders.

5 RETURNS

It doesn't usually happen, but if you're not happy with any of your orders, please let me know within the first 14 days of receiving it. You can return it or we'll replace it depending on the problem; just send it back in the same condition you received it in. :) Since each piece is unique, I can't guarantee an exact replacement, but I'll do my best to offer you something similar.
