Shipping and Returns

1 TO SPAIN

Each order is wrapped and shipped by hand from my small studio here in Zaragoza. There are no factories, warehouses, or logistics centers. It's just me, preparing each piece of jewelry with great care. I usually ship orders within 2-3 business days of placing them, and they typically arrive within 48 hours.

2 SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF SPAIN

Your order will arrive in about 4-7 business days from when I ship your order.

3 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping times may vary depending on the country and postal service. It generally takes 7-14 business days. Sometimes it may take longer if customs is involved. If you're unsure about shipping to your region, please message me before placing your order.

4 COSTS

Shipping is free for orders over € 80. For orders under €80, shipping costs €5 within Europe and €10 for international orders.

5 RETURNS

It doesn't usually happen, but if you're not happy with any of your orders, please let me know within the first 14 days of receiving it.

You can request an exchange or a voucher for the same amount, depending on the situation. If the reason is related to size, you can return the item, but no refund will be issued; instead, you will be offered an exchange for another ring or a voucher for the same amount.

Please return the item in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in perfect condition. :)

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Since each piece is unique and handmade, I cannot guarantee to exchange it for the exact same item, but I will do my best to offer you something similar.
