INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). That is to say, to:

You may use the following model withdrawal form, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and/or functioning of the goods.
